The Tutti Bambini CoZee is an award-winning bedside crib that was designed with a secure night's rest in mind. It features a drop side rail which can be easily removed for feedings at night without having to disturb your baby or get up It's perfect for mothers who are breastfeeding! It's also light and easy to move around during naps or for travel.
It's made from soft materials and has breathable mesh sides to promote airflow. It is available in oak or charcoal with various melange fabrics that will blend with a variety of styles. Anna found it to be sturdy and secure after being affixed to her bed. The legs slid into place and the zippers were secure to ensure safety. It took Anna around 10 minutes to put it together and didn't require any tools. There are clear instructions along with a video and customer support number if you experience any issues.
The CoZee crib comes with all the features you'd expect from a crib to your bedside, such as the ability to attach it to your bed using a stay-in place connection system. It also has six height settings. Additionally, there is an incline feature that can be used to help infants suffering from reflux or congestion. It's also machine washable, a must with all the dribble and vomit that come with having a new baby!
If you're looking to keep your baby close to you during the first six months of their life when they're learning to sleep independently The CoZee is a great choice as it can also be used as a separate cot, changing table and toddler bed. It can even be converted into a sofa bed with the addition of an extension pack. While it won't be able to magically bring your baby to sleep or feed them, it can rock the baby and take them to school.
The Chicco Next2Me Magic
This is one of Chicco’s more expensive options. It does have numerous excellent features. It can be used either a side-sleeper or as a standalone crib that is suitable for infants from birth to six months. It has a new mechanism for opening and closing the side panel, and is simple to use even with one hand. It is also more adjustable than the previous model, with 11 different height settings as well as retractable legs for a secure place under any bed.
Our testers loved the ease of access offered by the side panel which can be moved upwards and down with one push of a switch. This was a huge benefit during night time feeds because it meant they could easily reach in and take their baby away without disturbing them.
It is possible to lower the side panel by itself, but this isn't recommended since it increases the likelihood that your child could get out of the cot. But, the patented safety locking mechanism guarantees that it can only stay down when attached to the parent's bed correctly. It's small enough to be able to fit into its travel bag when not in use, which is a plus in the event that you have to transport it. The only thing our testers have found is that the side panel didn't stretch as much as other models. This made it a bit harder to see your baby from your bed.
The Shnuggle Air
If you're in search of an ideal bedside crib that can expand with your child then the Shnuggle Air is definitely worth considering. It's a crib for co-sleeping that attaches securely to your bed and can be converted into a stylish cot once your baby is old enough. Perfect for nighttime feedings and enhancing the bond between you and your baby's new.
The Shnuggle Air crib is designed to breathe, not like other models. In our tests, we found the gliding motion of the next-to-me crib to be especially beneficial in getting babies to sleep after feedings at midday and in the evening. The drop-down sides make it easy to feed or soothe babies throughout the night. This was a major selling point for our tired moms who took part in our tests. Although it doesn't rock or have extra features, like a sound system, the Joie Roomie Slide's sleek design and functionality are a welcome addition to our best bedside crib reviews.
